Do you offer pickup and delivery?

Yes. We offer an express courier pick up and drop off service throughout the UK for iPad, iPhone, Mac, and Xbox repairs. All items are fully insured for your peace of mind.

Do you have a walk-in repair workshop in central London?

Yes! We have recently opened a same day while-u-wait at 86-90 Paul Street,  Old Street, Floor 3, London EC2A 4NE. Most repairs can be carried out wile-u-wait, but to be sure due to high volumes some days, please call a head to avoid disappoint.

Do you have a walk-in repair workshop close off the M25 Motorway or in Kent?

Yes! The shop is open Monday to Saturday (1pm Saturday) and we are close to the dartford crossing on the London circular the address is: 1-1A Temple Hill, Temple Hill Square,Dartford, Kent DA1 5HY.

What type of warranty do you offer with your systems?

We offer a standard 90 days warranty on all parts and labour. If you should run into any problems with your repaired product during this time. Just drop us a telephone call or email and we will do our very best to resolve the issue quickly and without quibble.

Do you offer on-site service?

Yes. We offer onsite service throughout London, Essex, and Kent. We also offer some mobile services thorough our service providers across the UK (see our locations page). Most upgrades, repairs, maintenance, and some troubleshooting can be performed on-site for iPad, iPhone, Mac services.

Do you offer Pay as you go maintenance?

Yes. We offer a pay as you go service for businesses across the south east. We also provide mainance contracts for larger networks. We already provide our services to hospitals, the education sector, as well as Law firms. If you are interested in discussing maintenance and consultancy contact or pay as you go get in touch with our team.

Do you give free estimates?

Yes. If an item is brought into our walk-in repair centre we will evaluate your requirements and give you a competitive quote. If however the problems requires in-depth investigation a fee may apply. We will of course notify you of this prior to further assessment.

 What areas do you provide your mobile services to?

In the south east we cover London, Essex, and a large area of Kent. Our partner service provider also offer this service in other parts of the UK (but not all) if you are not based near London, Essex, or Kent and still require a mobile repair technician, contact your nearest branch on our location page for the locations services provided.

 How long does a repair take at my home or office?

If its a iPhone usually no longer than 30 minutes (most are done in around 20 minutes). An iPad can take up to 1 hour, possibly a bit longer in some rare cases. Mac repairs and support usually fall into 1 to 2 hours depending on the situation. Most small Mac repairs usually take no longer than 30 minutes.

Do you offer same day repair and support services?

In a nut Shell! Yes! We are able to offer swift solutions to our clients be it mobile repairs, or walk-in. We are able to dispatch technicians same to repair iPads, iPhones, and Macbook/iMac computers. In some cases we can have one of our engineers with you within 1 hour.

Do you use original parts?

In most cases the answer is always yes. We work very hard to track down only original parts for our customers. Where original parts are no longer available, or we are not able to track them down we will use only the highest quality aftermarket parts. iFixExpress does not use cheap, low quality parts. There are many places that will do cheaper repairs across the capital but this is reflected in the workmanship and the part. We see many items that get brought into use after poor repairs and fake parts.

How qualified are your technicians?

All of our engineers must carry out the iFixExpress exam before being allowed to work for us. Our expert technicians are made up of professional repair engineers with a long background in computer and component repairs and support, some are certified Macintosh technicians, and certified Apple professionals. You can rest assured our teams is reliable, trustworthy, and all are perfectionists.

Do you provide a weekend service?

Are walk-in repair centre is open on Saturday till 1pm, but we are closed on Sundays and on public holidays. We can however still provide call out repair services on a weekend. If you are interested in a mobile (we come to you) repair over the weekend please get in touch to discuss options available to you. We also now offer a emrergency engineer on call service till late 7 days a week. Please see our contact page.

Do Branches Outside London Provide  Repairs Other Than Apple Products?

With the introduction of popular gadgets like the Samsung Galaxy S3 and S4, as well as the tablet called the Galaxy Tab 2, we have seen an influx over the last 12 months in repair requests for such items here at our central branch. Among other popular repairs currently carried out like the Xbox, and now the all new Amazon Kindle Fire HD repair service. These services are not always provided by our other repair partners/branches across the UK. Many still only provide niche/alternative Apple repair services. Due to this it is advised to contact your local branch directly with your enquiry into the repair of any of the above items. Should you find your local iFixExpress service provider/branch does not carry out your required repair, the alternative is to use our express courier (mail-in) option.
